Things don't always go the way we planned.

My family and I went to Tagaytay wanting to do some sight seeing and just relax. We dressed up for some strolling in the park, road trippin, and exploring unique restaurants kind of getaway. We were in jeans, doll shoes, layed-back outfits, my sister even wore about two inches platform sandals.

Little did we know were about to ride boats and horses and most of all go on a hike.

I can say that what happened to us turned out to be a surprise or a detour in some way. Nonetheless, it was all fun and fulfilling when we got to the tip of the mountain and finally able to witness the beauty of the Taal Volcano.

Every hike is different but I believe that every hike is also the same. Confusing? Not really. What I mean is that every hike is a different journey, a different experience. But then again, I believe that the end point of all hikes is to make us realize that every hardship is worth it because one way or another, we will reach the peak of every journey and find fulfillment. There is always beauty out of every effort and struggle we make in life.

So whether you are someone like me who have no idea where I am at in life, or you are somebody who knows exactly where you're supposed to be, remember to just hang in there. Sometimes you might feel like you're failing, but you're not, you're just living and it's not a bad thing in any way.

You have started your journey so just keep moving forward, sooner or later you'll be there, you'll make it. I believe in you, you wonderful creature.
