A Good Run

Hey there! Just a little update, I finally had the courage to run again after almost a year of not running! I've always enjoyed running, it felt like an escape from everything. Most of the time it literally felt like I'm running away from all the negativity and all the responsibilities and it feels so damn gooood! 😊 I'm just so happy right now, I don't know how many times I'm going to say how happy I am to be back on my feet again. It's not like I've had an injury or something, I've actually just been too lazy hehe. It's an accomplishment! Anyway, I know my run wouldn't be the same if I only run on my own terms because for sure I would've pushed it too hard and probably hurt myself. The best decision I've made today is to follow Nike's guided run, First Run. If you've been wanting to get fit or just to get moving, this audio guided run is the best way to start with. It comes with an awesome playlist too. Try it and you'll know what I mean. Just simply download the Nike Running Club app then head to the guided run category and select your preferred run.
